Discovery call

Thirty minutes to talk through your production line, dealer network, and warranty workflow. We leave knowing what "good" looks like for your operation.

Eval unit

We ship you a demo device on us. Wire it to one of your units and watch data flow in about five minutes.

Integration & branding

Your logo on the device, your colors on the dashboard, your domain on the customer app. We handle the platform plumbing.

Factory install

First small batch ships at your next production run. We're on the line for the first day. Volume ramps from there.

Things manufacturers always ask.

Who owns the telemetry data from the boilers?
You do. As the manufacturer, you get warranty-grade telemetry on every unit you ship. Customers see their own boiler's data on the branded dashboard. Tempist may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the platform — we do not sell your or your customers' data.
How does the co-branded customer app work?
Customers use a PWA (progressive web app) at your branded URL (e.g. connect.[yourbrand].com). Your logo, your colors, your domain. The Tempist platform powers the backend — your customer never sees our brand unless you want them to.
What happens to the boilers already in the field?
Retrofit kits are available for units already shipped. Most dealers can install a retrofit Tempist Mini in under thirty minutes on any service call. We offer dealer training and ride-along support for the first wave.
Do customers need a subscription?
That's your call. Some partners bundle 1–3 years of platform access into the boiler MSRP and hand it to the customer as standard equipment. Others sell monitoring as an optional upsell. We'll build the pricing model around your sales motion, not ours.
What about custom sensors — flow, flue, pressure?
We design hardware in-house. If you want to add a flow meter, a flue temp probe, or a system-pressure transducer, we'll build it into the next hardware revision. Pricing depends on BOM; we're straight about it.
