Do I need a subscription to use Tempist?
Yes — the platform (dashboard, history, alerts, OTA firmware, cloud storage) runs on a subscription. Every new Tempist device comes with a 14-day free trial of the Plus plan so you can see what you're getting before paying.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at tempisthub.com or email support@tempist.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your device keeps logging to the cloud until then.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Any time, from your profile page at tempisthub.com. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. No fees for switching.
Do I need a separate subscription for each device?
No. A single Plus or Pro subscription covers multiple devices on your account. Basic is single-device only.
What happens if I let my subscription lapse?
Your device keeps working, but the cloud dashboard, alerts, and history go dormant. Renew any time and your device will reconnect. We retain your historical data for twelve months after a subscription lapses before it's cleaned up.
